Quality Control Standard for Edan Xiaopi Oral Liquid

目的:建立莪丹消癖口服液的质量控制方法。方法:采用薄层色谱法对制剂中的主要药材进行定性鉴别。结果:用薄层色谱鉴别莪丹消癖口服液中川芎、三七等药材中的有效成分,专属性强,灵敏度高,稳定性好,检出斑点清晰。结论:该方法准确、简便,可用于莪丹消癖口服液的质量控制。

Objective：To establish the quality control standard for Edan Xiaopi Oral Liquid.Methods：The main Chinese herbal medicines in Edan Xiaopi Oral Liquid was identified by TLC.Results：The active ingredients in Panax Notoginseng and Ligusticum chuanxiong Hort of Edan Xiaopi Oral Liquid were identified by TLC.The methods is specific,high sensitivity,good stability and detection spots were clear.Conclusion：The methods of TLC identification can be used effectively for the quality control of Edan Xiaopi Oral Liquid.
