Lekou Granules in HPLC Determination of Berberine and its Preparation Process of the Dynamic Analysis

目的:测定乐口颗粒中小檗碱(Berberine)的含量,作为该制剂的一项质量控制指标,并对其煎提过程中小檗碱的动态进行分析,为工艺改进提供依据。方法:采用HPLC法测定乐口颗粒中小檗碱(Berberine)的含量。结果:乐口颗粒中小檗碱的含量为(1.369±0.051)mg.g-1,回收率为95.9%。结论:HPLC方法快速简便,可用作该制剂质量控制及动态分析的手段。

Objective：Determine Lekou granules in berberine content as the effectiveness of a quality control indicator,we also make the dynamic analysis of the process of berberine＇s extraction to provide a process improvement basis.Methods：This experiment determines the content of berberine in lekou granules by HPLC.Results：HPLC can be used as a quick and easy method for quality control and dynamic analysis.Conclusion：
