急诊患者的心理状况及护理干预效果研究

The Psychological Status of Emergency Patients and Nursing Intervention Study

目的:了解急诊患者的心理状况,观察护理干预的临床效果。方法:将我院收治的150例急诊患者随机分为干预组和对照组,对照组给予常规护理,干预组根据不同患者的心理状况在常规护理的基础上给予相应的心理护理干预,观察两组临床效果。结果:干预组焦虑、抑郁程度均明显低于对照组,且组间比较差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:对急诊患者进行有针对性的心理护理干预措施,能缓和、消除患者心理障碍,提高急救成功率,值得在临床护理中广泛应用。

Objective：To understand the psychological state of emergency patients to observe the clinical effect of nursing intervention.Methods：150 patients in our hospital emergency department were randomly divided into intervention group and control group and the control group received routine care,the intervention group depending on the psychological status of patients on the basis of the usual care given to the corresponding Psychological nursing intervention,clinical effects were observed.Results：in intervention group anxiety and depression were significantly lower than the control group,and significant difference between groups（P0.05）.Conclusion：The patients in emergency psychological care and targeted interventions to alleviate and eliminate mental disorder patients and improve the success rate of first-aid,it is widely used in clinical care.
