手足口病并发神经源性肺水肿的临床救护体会

Treatment of hand,foot and mouth disease with neurogenic pulmonary edema

目的探讨手足口病并发神经源性肺水肿的临床特点及救护体会。方法对20例手足口病并发神经源性肺水肿的患儿的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果 4例患儿通过机械通气肺水肿得到控制,意识清晰并恢复自主呼吸。呼吸机使用时间15 h～5 d。结论手足口病并发神经源性肺水肿病情危重,病死率高,及时实施人工机械通气,加强气道管理,保持呼吸道通畅等措施是降低病死率,改善预后的关键。

Objective To explore the clinical features and treatment experience of hand,foot and mouth disease complicated with neurogenic pulmonary edema.Methods Clinical data of 20 childrlen with hand,foot and mouth disease complicated with neurogenic pulmonary edema were retrospectively analyzed.Results Four cases of lung edema controlled by mechanical ventilation and restored a clear sense and spontaneous breathing.Mechanical ventilation time was 15 hours to 5 days.Conclusion The hand,foot and mouth disease complicated with neurogenic pulmonary edema has critical high mortality.The timely implementation of mechanical ventilation,airway management to enhance and maintain airway clearance and other measures are keys to reduce the mortality and improve the prognosis.
