大脑胶质瘤10例临床及氢质子磁共振波普分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的回顾性分析10例大脑胶质瘤病的临床、磁共振成像(MRI)及磁共振波谱(MRS)特点,以提高对本病的诊治水平。方法综合分析10例患者的临床表现、影像学特点,同时进行文献复习。结果所有病例均侵犯2个脑叶或以上。病变呈长T2、稍长T1异常信号,受累脑组织肿胀,占位效应轻,神经结构相对保持正常。增强扫描8例无明显强化,2例见小结节状强化。10例MRS表现均有不同程度NAA降低,Cho上升,Cho/Cr和Cho/NAA比值上升。结论 MRS是目前诊断大脑胶质瘤病的首选影像学方法,对于鉴别诊断有较大价值。
