高职审计专业人才培养模式研究

On the training mode of higher vocational auditing profession

文章论述了影响高职审计教育培养模式的相关因素,分析了目前我国高职审计专业人才培养中存在的问题及原因。在此基础上,提出了与高职高专教育目标相吻合的审计人才培养模式构建的对策,包括国家政策法规的制定、审计职业能力的培养、双师型教师的引进、教学结构的完善等八大方面的措施途径,以提高高职审计专业的人才培养质量。

At first,this paper discusses the related factors inflecting the training pattern of higher vocational auditing education,and then analyzes the problems and causes in higher vocational auditing education;Finally,it concludes audit training model construction in consistent with the objectives of higher vocational education,including eight aspects to improve the quality of talents cultivation,such as the formulation of national policies and regulations,the training of accurate analysis of professional competence of auditing profession,the employment of dual-qualified teachers,the perfection of teaching structure,and so on.
