摘要
教师职业是一个高压力职业。持续、过大的工作压力对教师个人及学校都会产生不利影响。频繁的改革、不合理的管理、专业能力缺乏、工作任务过重或不足、职业发展受挫等是高职院校教师工作压力的主要来源。学校可通过合理配置教师资源、改进学校管理、建立优良的学校文化、促进教师职业发展、实施教师援助计划等,帮助教师消除或缓解工作压力。
Teacher is a profession with high pressure.The continuous and high pressure would have harmful impact on the teachers and schools.The frequent reform,unreasonable management,insufficient professional capability,the overload or few work,the failure of vocational development,are the main sources of work pressure of teachers.The schools could help teachers to reduce or eliminate work pressure by some measures,such as allocate teacher resources reasonably,perfect the management of school,construct excellent culture of school,prompt the professional development of teachers,implement the plans of supporting teachers,and so on.
