如何做好大学生就业工作,使大学生成功就业,成为全社会关注的民生问题。面对严峻的就业形势,实施扩大就业的发展战略,促进以创业带动就业,完善支持自主创业、自谋职业政策,加强就业观念教育和创业教育,对于缓解当前就业难问题具有十分重要的意义。因此,高校要加强大学生的就业观教育,培养创业意识;创新创业教育课堂体系,推进大学生KAB创业教育项目实施;创造良好的创业氛围;积极搭建创业教育平台,建立产、学、研一体化教育模式。

How to prompt the employment of graduates becomes an issue vital to the people＇s livelihood.Facing the stern employment situation,we should implement the strategy of prompting the employment,impel employment or self-employment,perfect the policies supporting self-employment,and strengthen the cultivation of employment awareness and entrepreneurial education,which plays an important role to relieve the difficulty of graduates＇obtaining employment.
