增强大学新生适应能力研究

The research of how to enhance the capacity of freshmen

为全面了解高校大学新生适应能力状况,为高校制定有关教育管理的政策提供参考依据,进一步发挥大学辅导员的作用,对学生及时进行有效的入学教育,促进大学新生进一步提高适应能力,文章对部分高校2010级新生进行了问卷调查。调查发现,该年级学生总体适应能力较强,心理素质总体状况健康,但也有部分新生存在一些心理问题。因此,针对调查结果,从中分析大学新生存在适应能力问题的原因,抓好大学新生的心理健康教育,增强大学生适应能力无疑是一条切实可行的途径,也是大学辅导员不可推卸的责任和义务。

For the full understanding of university for the education and management of schools to develop policies to provide references for further play the role of counselor,the students promptly targeted school education,promoting the freshmen further enhance adaptive capacity.Some colleges and universities of 2010 freshmen against the school conducted a questionnaire survey analysis.Investigation revealed that the overall grade students adapt to a stronger ability,mental quality overall is healthy,but there are also some new part of the psychological problems.Accordingly,in the results of research,to analyze the ability to adapt to college freshmen existence of the reasons for the attention of college freshmen mental health education and enhance the students ability to adapt is a practical way to the university of counselors is an unshirkable responsibility and obligation.
