In the new age,the postgraduates＇ ideological and moral education has been faced the new challenges.Through the investigation and analysis of postgraduates,supervisors and administrators,this thesis explores the new approaches of the ideological and moral education under the management systems of university and college to advance the postgraduates＇ moral education and to improve students＇ training quality.
