摘要
外聘兼职教师作为高校师资力量的重要组成部分,在高校的发展中发挥着越来越大的作用,但高校对外聘兼职教师的管理一直相对薄弱。文章从实践操作的角度对外聘兼职教师管理中存在的问题进行了分析,并提出了针对性的改进建议。
The concurrent post of part-time teachers is an important part of teaching force.In the development of university,it is playing the more and more major role,but universities in external part-time teacher management has been relatively weak.From the angle of practical operation on the management of part-time teachers,the paper analyzes the existing problems,and puts forward corresponding suggestions for improvement.
