我国党群关系与政民关系分析

执政党与民众、政府与民众的关系具有一致性,同时也存在一定的差异性。党群关系的具体安排,主要体现在党的路线、方针、政策和法规中;政民关系的具体安排,主要体现在宪法和法律中。近年来,党的建设虽然不断加强,政府的改革也在不断深化,但是党脱离群众、政府脱离人民的危险并没有从根本上消除,党群关系与政民关系面临着巨大的挑战。
