西安发展开放型经济的思考

Thoughts on the Development of an Open Economy of Xi'an

开放型经济是世界各国、各地区经济发展的重要途径。西安"十五"、"十一五"规划和西部大开发战略的成功实施,极大地推动了西安开放型经济的快速发展。未来"关中-天水经济区"规划和"十二五"规划的实施将把西安推向一个更高的发展阶段,使西安成为西部地区的经济中心。目前西安发展开放型经济面临不少困难和问题,如何扬长避短,找准定位,制定西安发展开放型经济战略,使西安走出一条发展开放型经济的新路是需要认真研究的新课题。

Open economy is an important way in the world＇s countries and regional economic development.Xi＇an implementation of ＂The Tenth Five-year Plan＂,＂Eleventh Five-year Plan＂ and the western development strategy,has greatly promoted the Xi＇an open economy＇s rapid development.＂Guanzhong-Tianshui Economic Zone＂planning and the ＂Twelfth Five-year-Plan＂will promote Xi＇an to a higher stage of development to become the economic center of the western region of China.At present,the open economy is facing many difficulties and problems,and how to foster strengths and circumvent weaknesses,find positioning,formulate open economic strategy and make out a new road of the open economy development is the new topic we need to carefully study.
