依法办学、依法治校是我国高等教育发展的必然方向,积极推进高校辅导员队伍职业化、专业化的法制化进程,是推动高校辅导员队伍职业化、专业化发展的必要准备和前提条件。因此,要保证有法可依,完善关于辅导员队伍建设的相关法律法规规定;同时要求教育主管部门、高校以及政治辅导员自身做到有法必依,在实践中积极推进辅导员队伍职业化、专业化发展。

Running schools according to the law is the inevitable direction on the development of Chinese higher education, and promoting legalization construction of professionalization and specialization on college counselors is the necessary preparation and prerequisite. Therefore, we must ensure that there are laws to go by and be observed strictly by education departments, universities and college counselors, so as to promote the professionalization and specialization development of college counselors actively in practice.
