Application of Monitorial System in Ideological and Political Education for the 90s' New College Students

当前90后大学新生在学习方法、养成教育、人际关系、心理调适等方面呈现新的特点,需要高校思想政治教育工作者加强教育和疏导。借鉴并创新传统的导生制,在大学新生学习方法、养成教育、职业生涯规划等方面形成小范围的个别教育,能够有效贴近90后大学新生的生活、思想,有针对性地解决学生生活、思想等方面的问题。

At present, the 90s＇ new college students＇ learning method, formative education, interpersonal relationship and mental adjustment have changed a lot, which need more guidance of ideological and political educators. Using monitorial system for reference, individual education on learning method, formative education and career planning to these new college students can well target their problems in school life and thoughts.
