微生态制剂在断奶仔猪生产上的应用研究 被引量:3

摘要 将微生态制剂产品倍利素添加到断奶仔猪的日粮中,通过测定断奶仔猪的生长性能、健康状况、粪便菌群数、消化酶的活性及分泌型免疫球蛋白A(sIgA)等指标,探讨倍利素对断奶仔猪生长性能和免疫功能的影响。结果显示,试验组与对照组相比饲料增重比降低了6.60%,发病率降低了19.4%,腹泻率降低了12.3%;54日龄时,试验组的大肠杆菌数比对照组低7.10%(P<0.05),差异显著;61日龄时,试验组的拟杆菌、乳杆菌数分别高出对照组14.5%(P<0.05)、4.80%(P<0.05),试验组的大肠杆菌数比对照组低7.80%(P<0.05),均差异显著;在54、61日龄时,试验组粪便中中性蛋白酶的含量分别比对照组提高了101.6%(P<0.01)、56.9%(P<0.05),淀粉酶的含量与对照组相比分别提高了10.8%、16.9%;在47、54、61日龄,试验组仔猪粪便中sIgA含量高出对照组44.1%(P<0.05)1、6.2%2、7.7%(P<0.05);结果表明,该微生态制剂产品有促进断奶仔猪生长、增强机体免疫力的作用。 Effects of micro - ecological agent product added in diet on the growth performance and immune function of weaned piglet were studied. Weaned piglet's growth performance, health status, excrement index number, digestive enzymes activity, the slgA in the excrement were detected. The results showed that: the feed/gain, disease incidence rate and diarrhea rate of the experiment group were lower 6.60% ,19.4% and 12.3% respectively than that of the control group; At the age of 54d, the number of escherichia coli of the experiment group was lower 7. 10% ( P 〈 0.05 ) than that of the control group ; At the age of 61d, the number of bacteroid and bacterium lacticum of the experiment group was all higher than that of the control group, higher above 14.5% and 4.80% respectively (P 〈 0. 05 ), the number of escherichia coli of the experiment group was lower 7.80% (P 〈0.05) than that of the control group; At the age of 54d and 61d, the activities of protease in the experiment group were higher 101. 6% (P 〈0.01 )and 56.9% (P 〈 0.05 ) respectively than that of the control group, the activities of amylase were higher 10.8% and 16.9% respectively than that of the control group; At the age of47d,54d ang 61d, the sIgA in the excrement of the experiment group were higher 44. 1% ( P 〈 0.05 ) ,16.2% ,27.7% ( P 〈 0.05 ) respectively than that of the control group. The results showed micro - ecological agent product could promote weaned piglet growth and immunize against diseases.
