高校休闲体育课程内容设计解析——以湖南工业职业技术学院为例

On the Design of Leisure PE Course Content in Colleges and Universities——A case Study of Hunan Industry Polytechnic

体育课程内容设计是指依据一定的课程目标,将体育学科中纷繁的构成要素组合成具有某种特定的形式结构的活动。针对目前部分高校体育课程内容设计的比较和分析,以湖南工业职业技术学院为例,从课程内容设计的依据,课程内容的结构,以及课程内容设计的资源保障等方面解读和分析,主客观两方面因素决定着休闲体育课程内容设计的原则,目前高校体育课程结构设计确实存在问题,要发挥出课程设计的整体优势,课程结构各要素的完整性及其有机联系而形成的系统性是设计的实质核心;湖南工业职院以高校公体课"三自主"的原则为纲,开发灵活互动的"三结合"模式,以及学分制课程模式的基础上,所开设的休闲体育课程内容及结构符合休闲体育课程发展的方向;此外,课程资源的丰富和全面是课程内容设计得以顺利实施的保障。

The design of PE course content is that numerous and complex parts in PE Course are grouped into activities of certain forms according to course goals.This paper adopts methods of references,investigation,interview,case analysis and so on to compare and analyze designs of PE course content in some colleges and universities.Taking Hunan Industry Polytechnic as an example,this paper analyses the criterion of course content design,the structure of course content,the resource guarantee of course content design,and so on.In research,subjectivity and objectivity decide rules of the design of leisure PE course content,and some problems do exist in the structure design of PE course in colleges and universities.To get the general advantage of course design,the key to design is the integrality of every element of course structure and the systematicness of relation of these elements.Under the rule of Three-autonomy adopted in PE Course in colleges and universities,Hunan Industry Polytechnic develops the flexible and interactive mode of Three-combination based on the mode of credit system course.The content and structure of PE leisure courses in Hunan Industry Polytechnic is in the direction of development of PE leisure course.In addition,the richness and entirety of course resource guarantees the implementation of the design of course content thoroughly.
