摘要 京沪高铁跨锡北运河钢管混凝土系杆拱桥采用先拱后梁顺序施工,系梁采用挂篮现浇施工方法,其施工工艺较为复杂,施工难度大.文中针对该桥上部结构简要介绍了施工监控的前期计算及原理,并从线形监测、控制截面应力监测、温度场监测、拱脚位移监测及吊杆力监测等方面对上部结构的施工监测内容进行了阐述和分析.该桥的施工监控取得了较好的效果,使施工满足设计要求,可为今后同类型桥梁的施工监控提供借鉴. Construction sequence of Beijing-Shanghai express railway steel pipe concrete tied-arch bridge cross Wuxi north canal is arch first and beam late,and the construction method of tie beam is hanging basket.The construction process is very complex and difficult.Preliminary work and principle of construction supervision with bridge superstructure are introduced in this paper.The contents of construction monitoring are expounded by linear fitting,stress monitoring of control section,temperature field monitoring,arch foot displacement monitoring,suspender force monitoring.Effect of the construction supervision of the bridge is good.This makes the bridge beam construction meet the design requirement.It can be used in other similar projects.
