摘要 介绍了一种基于电力电子功率器件的双H桥移相叠加合成梯形波的单相逆变电路的设计,这种设计特别适用于对信号输出的高次谐波有严格要求的大功率发射机的功放和单相逆变电源的电路中。相对于其它形式开关式逆变电路而言,该电路的设计方法简便、实用。通过理论计算和试验室模拟测试,验证了此设计的合理性,抑制了大功率固态发射机输出的高次谐波输出,提高了无线电通信领域的兼容性和稳定性。 a single-phase inverting circuit based on electrical power device which adopting double H bridge phase shifting synthesis, Is described in this paper, The design of this circuit is applicable for the power magnifying of large power trans- mitter with restrict requirement for high harmonic output signal, as well as single-phase inverting power supply. Com- pared to other switched inverting circuit, this design is more simple and applicable. Through theoretical calculation and experimental simulation, we verified the feasibility of this circuit. It can not only suppress the high harmonic output of large power solid transmitter, but also improve the compatibility and stability of wireless telecommunication.
