摘要
我国在职教师培训工作表现出一定程度的效益低下,其原因在于针对性不强,忽略了教师真实的需要。关注需要是教师培训工作有效性的前提。关注需要表现为:了解教师需要、明确教师需要;注重培训的内容与形式;满足教师的部分需要;转变教育观念、引导教师需要。
China's in-service training of teachers show a certain degree of low efficiency, owing to the pertinence, ignoring the real needs of teachers. Attention needs to be prerequisite for the effectiveness of teacher training. Concemed about the need to show teachers need to understand, clearly teachers need; Focus on training content and form, to meet some of the needs of teachers; Changing concepts of education, guidance teachers need.
