“心理契约”理论是是人力资源领域中的一种管理理论。随着教师心理因素在学校教师管理中的重要性日益突出及教师的职业特点和教师管理中存在的问题决定了将心理契约理论引入到教师管理中的必要性。并应从完善绩效考评制度、营造良好的校园环境及提高教师自我管理意识等方面着手来构建平衡的心理契约。
