Empirical Research on Financing Demand of Major Project of Poyang Lake Ecological Economic Zone

实施一批国民经济和社会发展重大项目,是推进鄱阳湖生态经济区建设,实现江西科学发展、绿色崛起目标的重要保障。重大项目的资金筹措,又是建设过程中亟待解决的重点和难点问题。本文通过深入分析鄱阳湖生态经济区重大项目的融资现状,科学预测未来一段时期内重大项目的资金供求状况,测算经济区建设的资金需求缺口,进而提出有效解决重大项目建设资金瓶颈问题的对策建议。

Implementing a series of major projects for national economic and social development is the important safeguard to advance the construction of the Poyang Lake Ecological Economic Zone, and to realize the construction goal of scientific development and green rising. Furthermore,the fund raising of major projects,which urgently awaits to be solved, is the key point and difficulties in the constructing process. Through the in-depth analysis of current financing situation of the major project for the Poyang Lake Ecological Economic Zone, this article scientifically forecasted the fund supply and demand of the major project in the future time, and meanwhile, it measured and calculated the fund demand gap of the zone’s construction. Consequently, suggestions for effectively addressing the bottleneck issue of the major project’s construction funds were presented.
