摘要
为解决常减压蒸馏装置水环真空泵振动超标的问题,对其进行了振动检测和振动原因分析。分析认为,水环真空泵底座和基础之间采用的橡胶支座属于柔性支撑,可以承受垂直荷载,且能将上部构造的压力可靠地传递给基础,但不能满足水环真空泵运行对承受水平载荷和限制水平位移的要求。据此分析,采用提高水环真空泵基础连接刚性的方法对其进行了改造,改变了泵自然振动频率与强迫振动频率,使泵振动超标的问题得到解决。
Atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit to resolve water ring vacuum pump vibration problems of excessive, its vibration testing and vibration analysis were made. Analysts proved that water ring vacuum pumps used between the base and foundation of the rubber supports were flexible support to withstand vertical load, the pressure of the superstructure and could be reliably passed to the foundation, but could not meet the water ring vacuum pump load and run on the tolerance level limit horizontal displacement of the requirements. That analysis, the basis used to improve the water ring vacuum pump connected to a rigid approach to its transformation, changing the natural frequency of the pump and forced vibration frequency, exceeding the pump vibration problems are solved.
