磁共振波谱成像、T2弛豫时间、扩散加权成像对腰椎间盘退变的初步研究 被引量:17

摘要 目的探讨腰椎间盘磁共振波谱成像(MR spectroscopy,MRS)水峰相对值、T2值(T2 relaxation times)、表观扩散系数(apparent diffusion coefficient,ADC)值在腰椎间盘退变中的价值。方法分析比较40例受试者腰椎间盘T2值、ADC值及MRS水峰相对值与椎间盘解剖位置及腰椎间盘退变Pfirrmann分级的相关性。结果腰椎间盘T2值、ADC值与Pfirrmann分级有很好的相关性,与椎间盘位置无明显相关性。腰椎间盘MRS水峰相对值与Pfirrmann分级无明显相关性。结论腰椎间盘T2值、ADC值可以很好的体现腰椎间盘退变的程度,并可以进行量化分析,MRS对腰椎间盘退变的价值还有待进一步研究。 Objective:To explore the value of T2 relaxation time,magnetic resonance spectroscopy(MRS) and apparent diffusion coefficient(ADC) in the lumbar intervertebral disc degeneration.Materials and Methods:Comparison of ADC values,MRSRATIO and T2 relaxation times in 177 discs was performed at different anatomic levels and different Pfirrmann grades in 40 patients.Results:The T2 relaxation times and ADC values were significantly correlated with Pfirrmann grades in different discs,but not in different anatomic levels.ADC values and T2 relaxation time were not correlated with different anatomic levels.Conclusion:ADC values and T2 relaxation time of the lumber intervertebral discs were correlated with increasing Pfirrmann grade.The results of this study support the feasibility of quantitatively assessing spinal degeneration.The values of the MRSRATIO in lumbar intervertebral disc degeneration will be further studied.
