块体非晶连接现状及其成功焊接的理论条件 被引量:2

摘要 综述了国内外块体非晶连接研究的现状,分析了成功实现块体非晶合金激光焊接的关键问题,给出了一种较新颖的方法,以建立快速加热条件下非晶材料连续加热曲线。在此基础上,得到成功焊接块体非晶合金的理论条件,解决了块体非晶合金焊接的关键问题。这对非晶材料焊接冶金基础理论研究及非晶材料在二次受热后晶化行为的研究有重要的意义,为拓宽非晶材料的应用范围提供技术支持。 The history and progress on welding in bulk metallic glasses(BMG) was reviewed in this paper,and the key point of successfully achieving glassy BMG joint was analyzed.A new method was given to construct CHT dia-gram of glassy materials during quick heating.Based on that,the theoretical condition was obtained for successfully welding BMG,which solved the key subject during BMG welding.The present study has potential important value not only for BMG welding metallurgy fundamental theory,but for crystal performance of glassy materials suffering from secondary heat cycle,which provided the technology support for extending the engineering applications of BMG materials.
