Comparison between Chinese and American Effluent Standards for Water Environmental Pollutants

目前,我国的水环境污染物排放标准体系已基本成熟,但在操作性和合理性方面与美国标准相比仍存在着差距。该文从标准制订和实施等方面对我国和美国的水污染物排放标准制订进行了比较,通过在技术性和系统性等方面的完善,优化我国水环境污染物排放标准。

The comparison between Chinese and American effluent standard for water environment pollutants was discussed in this paper on the basis of standard formulation and implementation. In recent years, a relatively mature effluent standard system has been established in China. However, there is still certain disparity in contrast to American standard system. To improve Chinese effluent standards from technology and system was put forward.
