超滤处理高浊度原水系统的正交试验设计 被引量:6

摘要 利用正交试验设计原理对超滤处理高浊度原水系统运行的操作参数进行了试验研究,通过4因素3水平的正交试验,找到了较优的操作条件,并对系统设计、选择操作参数进行了分析探讨。结果表明影响超滤处理高浊度原水系统运行的操作参数从主到次的顺序为:浓缩口压力(C)、进水口压力(B)、运行时间(D)及原水浊度(A);优方案为A1B3C3D1,即原水浊度为150NTU、进水口压力为90 kPa、浓缩口压力为50 kPa、运行时间为30 min。 The operation parameters in ultrafiltration system for treatment of high turbidity raw water were studied with orthogonal test design. The optimal operation parameters were found through four factors and three levels of orthogonal test design and the option of operation parameters were explored. The results show that the sequence of importance of the operation parameters in uhrafiltration system for treatment of high turbidity raw water is as below: pressure of outlet (C), pressure of inlet (B), run time (D) and raw water turbidity (A). The optimal project was AtB3C3DI, namely raw water turbidity= 150 NTU, pressure of outlet=90 kPa, pressure of inlet= 50 kPa, and run time = 30 min.
