丝状菌对膜生物反应器中溶解性有机物及膜污染的影响 被引量:3

Influence of Filamentous Microbes on Dissolved Organic Matters and Membrane Fouling in Membrane Bioreactor(MBR)

摘要 该文以处理超市废水实际MBR工程为基础,通过对污泥膨胀过程中进出水、溶解性微生物产物(sMP)和胞外聚合物(EPS)中的溶解性有机物(DOM)特性的研究,发现SMP和进出水的DOM主要以蛋白质为主,且SMP较EPS含有更多大分子物质;同时发现SMP比EPS和进出水中含有更多50~100kDa、100。500kDa~〉500kDa吸收紫外光的大分子物质;此外通过对比SMP和膜污染的红外图谱,发现两者具有相似性,且两者中的主要有机物均为糖类、蛋白质和脂肪族类物质。以上结果表明在污泥膨胀过程中,与EPS相比较,SMP对膜污染具有更加重要的影响。 On the basis of a full-scale submerged membrane bioreactor (MBR) for wastewater treatment from supermarket, the dis- solved organic matters (DOM) in the influent, in soluble microbial products (SMP), and in extracellular polymeric substances (EPS) were investigated during sludge bulking process. It is found that DOM of the influent, the effluent and SMP are mainly comprised of the protein-like substances; moreover, it is also found that SMP has organic matters of higher molecular weight (MW) absorbing UV light compared with EPS, and the fraction of the organic matter whose MW comprises 50~100 kDa, 100-500 kDa and 〉500 kDa in SMP is more than those in EPS, the influent and the effluent. Comparison of the infrared spectra of SMP and membrane fouling, it is clear that the infrared spectra of SMP and membrane are similar; moreover, both SMP and membrane fouling are mainly consisted of polysaccharides, proteins and aliphatic substances. As mentioned above, it is distinct that SMP has more important influence on mem- brane fouling compared with EPS, when sludge bulking happens in the MBR.
