摘要
该文采用白龙港污水处理厂产生的化学强化一级处理污泥和剩余污泥成功启动了中温厌氧消化反应器,并进行了混合污泥厌氧消化稳定性研究。结果表明:采用化学强化一级处理污泥和剩余污泥组成的混合污泥,经过16d的培养驯化,系统启动成功,平均产气量为0.807m3/kgVSS,有机物降解率为33.5%。70.1%;在培养和稳定运行过程中,有机物降解产生的酸性和碱性物质能相互协调保持中性偏碱性环境,不用额外补充碱度;混合污泥厌氧消化产生的沼气中甲烷成分含量小于60%。
A successful reactor of mesophilic anaerobic digestion was started by using mixed sludge of residual sludge and sludge treated by chemically enhanced primary treatment, and anaerobic digestion stability of mixed sludge was studied. The resuhs show it takes 16 days to domesticate and start system successfully. The average methane output reaches 0,807 m3/kgVSS. Ttle degradation rate of organic matter is 33.5 %-70.1%. The acidic materials and alkali materials of organic degradation can keep alkaleseent in the process of culturing and stability operations without supplementary alkali materials. But the methane in component is less than 60 %, which is produced during process of anaerobic digestion.
