水环境约束下太湖流域纺织业创新

摘要 纺织产业的快速发展曾经给太湖流域的苏锡常地区带来巨大的收益,但粗放的增长对流域水环境造成了难以弥补的损害。在水环境约束下,太湖流域纺织业的发展唯有通过创新,才能实现产业发展与生态环境效益的统一。基于产业链、产业组织与区域制度三个维度,论文阐述了纺织业创新的技术目标、实现路径与制度保障。并通过经验案例分析,佐证了纺织业创新的必要性。
