摘要
运用问卷调查法、数理统计法,以高校体育教师组织认同测评为研究对象,对其概念进行界定,并构建测量模型对高校体育教师组织认同度进行实证研究,分别从性别、年龄、职称、地域等方面分析高校体育教师组织认同度特征。主要结论:高校体育教师组织认同是体育教师主体对所在单位相关因素在情感上的认可程度,其测量模型由5个一级指标、21个二级指标构成。研究发现,高校体育教师组织认同程度整体偏低,在体育课程地位、信息公开制度等指标上显得尤为突出,高校体育教师组织认同度在人口学变量、职称,地域与所属大学等指标上存在显著差异。
By means of the mothods of questionnaire survey and mathematical statistics, with university PE teachers group identification evaluation as the research object, the paper defines its concept and makes an empirical stduy of PE teachers'group identifies by constructing the measurement model. It analyzes the characteristics of PE teachers'group i- dentities respectively from their gender, age, professional title and geographical location with the main conclusion as fol- lows: university PE teachers" group identification is the emotional recognition of the related factors of their work place, the measurement model of which is composed by five Grade 1 indexes and twenty - one Grade 2 indexes. Research result also shows that overall group identities of university PE teachers is low, which is especially obvious in terms of the status of PE courses and information disclosure system. There is significant difference in university PE teachers" group identifi- cation in terms of demographic variables, professional titles, geographical locations and the universities they belong to.
