摘要
CCD立靶在应用中,光幕对准与靶距测量等都是现场布靶时人工操作完成,传统的设备和方法精度较差,影响了系统的测量精度。通过研究操作不慎对测量精度的影响,将操作误差转化为CCD对弹丸成像位置的偏差,推导了带有偏差的成像位置计算公式,针对光幕对准与靶距测量问题提出了激光测距仪双向对准靠平测距法,试验结果表明,采用该方法后系统的测量误差最大值由7 mm降低到了4 mm以内,测量精度得到了显著提高。
In the practical application of CCD vertical target,screens alignment and target distance measurement are done by the operator when the target site is distributed.The measurement accuracy is affected by the traditional method and equipment.According to the study on the affect to the accuracy,the impact of the operation error is converted to the imaging position deviation in the CCD image plane.The formulas of Image position with deviation are derived.The methods and equipments of the operations for target distance measurement and alignment are improved.The results show that the maximum measurement error is less than 4 mm by new method,is better than 7 mm by old method.The measurement accuracy has been improved significantly.
