摘要
资源化利用已成为太湖蓝藻打捞后妥善处置的1个重要研究方向。为研究蓝藻与厌氧颗粒污泥混合厌氧发酵产沼气的工艺过程,通过改变接种物浓度来探讨蓝藻厌氧发酵产沼气过程的产气速率、产气量和甲烷含量、发酵体系pH值、蛋白、多糖和氨氮等参数的变化。实验结果表明,当接种物浓度为5%时,沼气产率为55.75mL/g(VS)蓝藻,甲烷含量可高达55%,分别是接种量2.5%、10%时的2.97、1.24倍;接种物浓度为5%时,氨态氮含量和pH值均在正常范围内,且优于其它2组,符合蓝藻厌氧发酵的特性,可保证系统的顺利运行。
Utilization as a resource has become an attractive research field for a proper disposal of cyanobacteria scooped up from Taihu Lake.The study was focused on a biogas production process via anaerobic fermentation by mixed cyanobacteria and anaerobic granular sludge.With different inoculum concentrations, some important variables in the fermentation process such as pH value,nutrient contents(protein,sugar,and ammonia nitrogen),biogas production(yield/rate and methane content),and etc.were tested.Results showed that at 5.0%inoculum,biogas generating rate could reach 55.75 millilitres per gram VS of cyanobacteria with high up to 55%methane content,almost three times and 1.24 times at 2.5%and 10.0%inocula,respectively,whilst the nutrient contents and fermentation pH value were both maintained within their respective reasonable ranges, superior to the other test groups.It implied that such a process could be well performed in line with the characteristics of the anaerobic fermentation of cyanobacteria.
