Investigation into Off-Grade Chemical Fertilizer Products under the Guise of Enterprise Standards

通过对化肥生产企业进行日常执法监督检查中遇到的实际案例，分析了复肥生产企业目前在生产、销售及企业标准制订中存在的问题。为了改善目前的情况，对企业标准的制订和管理工作提出了建议和对策。

Through concrete instances met in routine law enforcement supervision of chemical fertilizer producers, an analysis is carried out of the present problems in production, marketing and working out of enterprise standards in compound fertilizer producers. With a view to improving the current situation, suggestions and countermeasures are proposed for the formulation of enterprise standards and management work.
