摘要
为满足既能吸附CO,H2O和CO2气体,又能通过对合成工段有用的H2,N2,CH4气体的工艺条件,选择了选择吸附性强的13X型分子筛。在分子筛系统运行过程中,出现了再生气管线超压的问题,为此对分子筛系统的工艺进行了改造,并增加了联锁装置,使生产更智能、安全。
With a view to finding out process conditions suitable for the adsorption of CO, H2O and CO2 gases as well as recovering useful H2, N2 and CH4 gases in the synthesis section, the highly adsorbing 13X molecular sieve is selected. During the operation of the molecular sieve system a problem appears, viz., overpressure in the regenerated gas pipeline, so the process in the molecular sieve system is renovated, and an interlocking device is added, resulting in more intelligent and safer production.
