摘要 依据3.0 MPa中低低加压变换工艺在太原化学工业集团合成氨分厂的运行情况,介绍了该工艺的流程、技术特点及设备选型结果。10年多的运行情况表明,该工艺具有蒸汽消耗低、系统阻力小、设备处理气量大等优点,吨氨蒸汽消耗为203 kg、节电300 kW.h、节约冷却水115 m3。 Based on the operation results of the medium-low-low temperature shift process at 3.0 MPa in the Synthesis Ammonia Plant of Taiyuan Chemical Industry Group Co., Ltd., a presentation is given of the process flow, technological characteristics and results of model selection of equipment. Operation for more than 10 years shows that the process has the advantages of low steam consumption, low system resistance, and large gas treatment of the equipment, with the steam consumption per ton of ammonia at 203 kg, a saving of 300 kW·h in power, and a saving of 115 m^3 of cooling water.
