四方相纳米二氧化锆的气相水解法简易合成 被引量:1

摘要 介绍了气相法制备纳米材料的原理,并以此原理为基础,利用高纯四氯化锆(ZrCl4)和水作为前驱物,然后将前驱物升华或蒸发为气态,在高温条件下直接发生水解反应,得到白色的二氧化锆(ZrO2)粉末.经高分辨扫描电镜(FE-SEM)和X-射线粉末衍射(XRD)分别进行形貌和物相表征.结果表明,ZrO2粉末的尺寸为40~50 nm左右,为纯净的四方相纳米ZrO2球状物. In this paper,the principle of preparation for nanomaterials in vapor-phase was briefly introduced.On this account,high purity zirconium tetrachloride(ZrCl4) and water were used as precursors,which were sublimated or evaporated into gaseous and reacted directly via gas hydrolysis at high temperature,then the white zirconium dioxide(ZrO2) nanoparticles was synthesized.Apart from the structure and morphology of the ZrO2 nanoparticles characterized by FE-SEM,the composition of typical samples has also been investigated by powder X-ray diffraction(XRD).The results indicated that ZrO2 nanoparticles are tetragonal nanospheres with the diameter of about 40~50 nm.
