摘要
建筑钢结构具有自重轻、建设周期短、适应性强、外形丰富、维护方便等优点,其应用越来越广泛。我国的建筑钢结构有以下特点:外观上,结构形状新颖独特,标新立异,体现了这个时代个性张扬的特点;材料的选用上趋向于越来越多的使用高强度、大厚度钢材,而且随着材料制造工艺水平的不断提高,铸钢、奥氏体不锈钢、复合钢板也得到越来越多的应用。焊接作为构建钢结构的一种主要的连接方法,在建筑钢结构中发挥了重要的作用。据统计,约50%以上的钢材在投入使用前都需要经过焊接加工处理。因此,焊接水平的提高是实现钢结构技术快速发展关键所在。
Steel structure has following features:light weight,short construction period,strong adaptability,rich appearance,convenience maintenance etc.So it used more widely.The characteristics of steel structure also formed the appearance,with novel and distinctive structures shape,which represents the personality features in this era.The selection of welding materials,trend to use more and more of the high strength,large thickness steel,and with development of the materials manufacturing technology,cast steel,austenitic stainless steel,composite steel also get more and more applications. Welding as a main connection method of the steel structure played an important role.According to statistics,about more than 50% of steel need to weld before it was put to use.Therefore,to raise the level of welding is a key technology to realize the development of the steel structure.
