摘要 钢结构制作、焊接技术可用"四个第一、五项技术突破"概括,是当时我国建筑钢结构结构造型最复杂、制作难度最大、最具挑战性的一项工程,代表了当时我国建筑钢结构制作、焊接技术的发展方向和最高水平:(1)首次采用ASTM A913 Gr60钢(相当于Q420)进行了焊接性试验研究,为我国建筑钢结构行业采用高强钢提供了成熟的经验,推动了建筑钢结构行业的技术进步和发展。(2)大批量的特厚板切割,种类包括型钢材料和钢板材料,最大板厚达140 mm,为国内目前建筑钢结构领域之最,突破特厚板板材切割技术难关,实现了构件下料和坡口加工的良好质量控制,为钢构件加工制作的质量保证奠定了基础,同时,实现特厚板切割质量与切割经济性的完美结合。(3)剪力墙暗柱为结构形式不对称的Y字型结构和对称米字钢结构,给生产制作的质量控制带来严峻的考验。通过制作此类诸多不对称构件,掌握了非标构件制作的一般方法,对焊接变形的控制及如何降低焊接的内应力都提供了可借鉴的经验和数据。实现了对异型不对称结构焊接及变形控制的技术积累。(4)突破"特色吊楼"横向承重体系悬挑牛腿大厚板高强钢焊接,厚板焊接技术有了很大的进步,工程质量优良。为高强度级别钢材(如Q460)的应用奠定了理论和实践基础。填补了国内建筑钢结构高强度钢材应用和研究的空白。 Steel structure production and welding technology can be summed up"four first,five technological breakthrough",at that time China's steel structure is the most complex,structure manufacturing is the most difficult,represented China's steel structure production,the welding technology's development direction and the highest level;(1)For the first time,using a ASTM A913 Gr60 steel(quite Q420),to do the welding experiment,provides the mature experiences,and promotes the building of steel construction industry technology's progress and development.(2)Large quantities of the special thick plate cutting,types include section steel material and steel material,maximum thickness of 140 mm in the domestic,breakthrough the special thick plate cutting technology,realize the good control of the quality in cutting structural members groove and component and machining groove,laid the foundation for manufacturing the structurial member and component.At the same time,realize the better conmection between the quality of cutting thickness and cutting economics.(3)The design of shear wall hidden column asymmetric Y type and symmetric the type steel structure,to control the quality of the production adopts.Through such asymmetric component production,master manufacturing non-standard components,the welding deformation control and how to reduce the internal stress of welding,provide experience with relating data.To achieve different structure asymmetric welding and deformation control.(4)Breakthrough"characteristics DiaoLou"horizontal bearing system overhung self-will of identity of welding plate,plate welding technology has made a lot of progress,engineering quality.For high strength steel level(such as the application of Q460)established the theory and practice of the foundation.To fill the gaps in the domestic construction steel structure high strength steel application and research the blank.
