摘要
泰州长江公路大桥是世界首座三塔两跨悬索桥,大桥中塔采用纵向人字形钢塔,高度192 m,总质量达12 000 t,其规模和高程均居世界第一。钢塔大量采用高强度厚钢板,其中D0节段承压板厚达150 mm,创下了我国桥梁用钢板熔透对接厚度之最。通过对泰州长江公路大桥钢塔D0节段承压板焊接过程中的难点分析、工艺试验、现场焊接以及各项变形控制措施的实施,提出了厚板焊接的工艺选择原则,解决了泰州桥钢塔厚板焊接的技术难题,确保焊缝一次探伤合格率保持在98%以上,有效保证了工程的进度和质量,为今后同类厚板焊接提供了技术参考。
Taizhou Yangtze River Highway Bridge is the world's first suspension bridge with two spans three towers.The tower of Bridge use vertical chevron steel tower which has192 meters high and a total of 12 000 tons,its scale and elevation is the highest one in the world.The steel tower use a large number of high-strength steel plate which bearing plate of segments D0 thick 150 mm,set a plate of the bridge with the most penetration butt thickness in our coungry.According to D0 segment bearing plate of the Taizhou Yangtze river highway Bridge steel tower's characteristic.Though analysis welding diffictulties、process test、field welding and control the welding deformation,putting forward the principle of thick plate welding process and solving the welding technical problems of the Taizhou Bridge steel tower's bearing plate successfully and making sure rate flaw detection of weld remained at a 98%,effectively ensuring the progress and quality of the project and providing technical support for the similar thick plate weiding problems.
