摘要
采用TI公司高性能数字信号处理DSP C2000系列的TMS320F2808芯片和Atmel公司C51单片机系列的AT89S52芯片构建全数字脉冲MIG气体保护焊系统,实现了熔化极脉冲MIG气体保护焊一脉一滴的过渡形式,在整个脉冲期间采用电流闭环控制,并使用Matlab软件实现前期的电流反馈量、电压反馈量、峰值电流反馈量和温度传感器的电压反馈量的模拟仿真及其反馈信号的FIR数字滤波设计。试验表明,DSP芯片数字处理速度快,系统动态响应快,控制精度高,波形一致性好,飞溅极少,成形美观。设计该方案时充分考虑了成本,较同类普通模拟气保焊机相比有成本优势,适宜推广。
This scheme adopts the high-performance digital signal procesor(DSP C2000 series TMS320F2808 made by TI company and C51 AT89S52 SCM series constructing digital pulse MIG chip gas shielded welding system,realized the melting extremely pulse MIG gas shielded welding the transition of the one droplet per pulse throughout the pulse form,by current during closed-loop control and use Matlab software to realize the current feedback quantity,voltage feedback quantity,peak current feedback quantity and temperature sensor voltage feedback amount of simulation and feedback signal of FIR digital filtering design.Experiment shows that DSP chip digital processing speed,the system dynamic response speed,high control accuracy,waveform good consistency,splash rarely,forming and beautiful.When designing the scheme,a full consideration of the cost mundane simulation gas shielded welding machine,thus than to have cost advantage for promotion.
