摘要
多储罐间歇精馏是新型操作方式,目前仅用于多组分混合物分离。为了扩大多储罐间歇精馏塔的应用,将其用于2组分物系的分离,提出了多储罐动态全回流分离方法。其特点是可分为全回流提浓和倒罐采出阶段,这2个阶段交替进行,直到分离结束。建立了该过程的数学模型,并与常规恒回流比方式比较,结果表明:动态全回流方法省时。进一步通过乙酸-水物系进行实验验证,表明该操作可应用于二元组分混合物分离。该分离方法有可分离二元组分、省时和分离效率高的特点。
Multi-vessel batch distillation is one of the most promising new operation modes. It is only applied in twocompound mixture separation now. In order to expand its field of application, a dynamic total reflux batch distillation operation was proposed first. The operation has twosections, including total reflux and exchange vessels. These two processes are operated in turn until the separation is finished. A dynamic simulation model was built for this new mode. The simulation results were compared with that of conventional constant reflux operation mode, showing that the new mode is time-saving. The experiments were carried out with acetic acid-water mixture for verification. The experimental data show that the mode is capable of separating binary mixture. The separation mode is featured by binary mixture separation, and has time-saving and high separation efficiency.
