美国临床实践型教师培养模式述评 被引量:12

摘要 美国国家教师教育认证委员会"蓝带小组"提出的临床实践型教师培养模式,特别强调候选教师的实验室经验和驻校经验,以培养高效教师,满足学生需求为目标,课程以螺旋式进行安排,资格认证中突出中小学校的权利。候选教师在持有资格证的临床实践者指导下进行教学实习,各相关主体是支持性伙伴关系。
