Strengthening Experimental Practice to Train Mechanical Engineering Students' "Four Abilities"

结合地方性综合院校的实际情况,阐述了如何依托国家级机械工程实验教学示范中心,构建大学生"四种能力"培养体系,以培养大学生实践能力、创造能力、就业能力和创业能力为目标深化实验教学改革,并介绍了教学改革实施过程当中的经验、方法以及人才培养效果,以期为高校深入开展能力培养、素质教育提供借鉴。

Combined with the actual situation of local comprehensive institution,this paper described how to build a training system of students＇ ＂four abilities＂ relying on national-level mechanical engineering experimental teaching demonstration center.This system deepens teaching reform and aims to cultivate students＇ practical ability,creative ability,employment ability and enterprise ability.Besides,the experience and method in the implementation process of teaching reform,the talent-training effects are introduced,which provide reference for carrying out training ability and quality education in-depth in university.
