摘要
专业教学工作是确保人才培养质量的基础和保障。当前,公安院校招录培养体制改革背景下的人才培养模式,已经在培养对象、培养目标以及招录、培养、分配的方式上有了根本的变革,这就要求公安专业教学要在原有普通教育的基础上,树立创新教学思路,通过体制、机制的改革,建立有效的专业教学模式,真正适应招录制度改革的需要。
Teaching on major is the base and assurance of talents cultivation.Talents cultivation mode has changed greatly in cultivation objects,cultivation target,the way of recruiting,cultivation and assigning,which asks police school to establish innovated teaching ideas,make reforms on system and mechanism,build effective teaching mode on major so as to meet the needs of recruiting reform.
