摘要
[目的]表征几种碳纳米管(CNTs)的特性,并检测其对呼吸系统的毒性。[方法]运用透射电镜、拉曼光谱技术检测市售几种碳纳米管的性状;通过染毒箱研究CNTs对小鼠呼吸系统的影响。[结果]单壁碳纳米管(SWCNTs)对呼吸系统的影响小,多壁碳纳米管(MWCNTs)对呼吸系统的影响较大。[结论]CNTs对呼吸系统的影响和杂质的含量与管壁的直径有关。
[Objective]To characterize several carbon nanotubes(CNTs) and detect it toxicity effects on the respiratory system of mouse.[Method]The transmission electron microscopy(TEM) and Raman spectroscopy were adopted to detect the characters of several sold CNTs;and then the effect of CNTs on the respiratory system of mouse was observed by AniRes-2005 after aerosolization administration.[Result]The respiratory system of mouse was slightly affected by SWCNTs,but greatly influenced by MWCNTs.[Conclusion]The effects of CNTs on the respiratory system of mouse related to the content of impurities and the diameter of nonotubes.
