摘要
为了应对液化天然气(LNG)接收终端海上化这一趋势,需要在接收终端与陆地管网之间建设LNG海底低温管道以满足LNG的输送要求。由于LNG的储存运输温度极低,导致LNG海底低温管道在绝热要求和管道材料方面与其他油气管道相比具有较高的技术要求。为了满足这些要求,就需要选择具有极高绝热性能的真空绝热层或是由高性能绝热材料组成的堆积绝热层,以及低热膨胀性能的镍钢管材。一般而言,采用由气凝胶绝热材料组成的绝热层和以9%镍钢作为管道材料,可满足LNG海底低温管道的技术要求。
In order to respond to the trend of LNG receiving terminal built offshore,it is necessary to install low temperature subsea LNG pipeline between LNG receiving terminal and onshore pipeline network to transport LNG.Due to extremely low temperature of LNG storage and transportation,higher technical requirements shall be met for heat insulation and pipeline materials of low temperature subsea LNG pipeline than other oil or gas pipelines.Vacuum insulation blankets with extremely good adiabatic performance,or accumulated insulation blankets consisting of materials with extremely good adiabatic performance or nickel steel pipeline material with low thermal expansion performance shall be selected for fabricating such pipelines in order to meet such requirements.Generally,insulation blankets consisting of aerogel adiabatic materials or 9% nickel steel may be selected for fabricating low temperature subsea LNG pipeline.
