摘要 凝析气田天然气中凝析出来的液相组分是未稳定的凝析油,凝析油稳定装置目前仍是凝析气田开发的必然选择,国内已有近三十年的使用经验。在总结以往设计和生产操作经验基础上,对凝析油稳定装置的工艺流程、方法进行了简要介绍;对凝析油稳定装置关键设备的选型及关键参数进行优化,重点是预闪蒸罐的结构形式的选择、操作温度和压力的确定;对凝析油稳定塔顶和塔中进料比例分配进行了分析,从而优化工艺流程设置,节约能源,提高经济效益。 Liquid component from gas condensate field is unstable condensate oil.At present,condensate oil stabilization unit is still inevitable choice in gas condensate field development,which has been used in China for almost 30 years.Summarized is previous experience in condensate oil stabilization unit design and operation,briefly introduced are its technological process and operation methods,optimized are its key equipment selection and key parameters,re-selected and re-determined are structure type and operating temperature and pressure of pre-flash tank.Analyzed are feed gas proportion and distribution on condensate oil stabilization tower top and in it and optimized is its technological process,which is helpful to save energy and enhance the economic benefits.
