摘要
结合邓州市黄庄村规划实例,较为详细地介绍了它的规划原则、总体布局以及规划实施计划。阐述新农村建设规划应达到布局合理、用地经济、设施完善、生活方便、便于管理、环境优美等要求。
Taking the planning of Huangzhuang village in Denzhou City as an example,its planning principle,general distribution and implementation plan were discussed in detail.The new rural construction plan should be reasonable in distribution,economy in using land,perfect in facility,convenient for life,easy for management and beautiful in environment.
