表油菜素内酯对非洲菊切花衰老的影响 被引量:3

摘要 [目的]研究外源油菜素内酯对非洲菊(Gerbera jamesonii Bolus.)切花的抗衰保鲜作用。[方法]以非洲菊鲜切花为材料,采用溶液培养法研究不同浓度的表油菜素内酯(2,4-epiBR)对非洲菊切花花茎纤维素含量与纤维素酶活性、花瓣CAT与POD活性以及切花寿命的影响。[结果]0.75mg/L2,4-epiBR处理能延缓花茎纤维素含量降低和纤维素酶活性升高,同时使花瓣POD与CAT活性分别提高7.46和0.92倍,切花寿命延长3.7d。[结论]0.75mg/L2,4-epiBR处理可明显延缓非洲菊切花的衰老,延长切花寿命。 [Objective]This research aimed to investigate the effects of exogenous epiBR on senescence of cut flower of G.jamesonii Bolus.[Method]Solution culture method was adopted to study the effects of different treatments on cut flower of G.jamesonii,including cellulose contents,cellulase in pedicel,and the activities of POD and CAT in petal and vase lives of cut flower of G.jamesonii.[Result]0.75 mg/L epiBR could defer senility effectively on G.jamesonii flower,and debase cellulose contents and increase cellulase activities in pedicel,with the activities of CAT and POD increasing in petal 7.46 multiple and 0.92 multiple respectively.The life of G.jamesonii Bolus flower was lengthened for 3.7 days.[Conclusion]The research could provide theoretical basis for the application of epiBR in G.jamesonii Bolus.flower preservation.
